ASIN not recognised in secondary marketplace

Hi, we have parent listings in one country and want to sell the same listings in a secondary country. Both countries are in Europe.

Some of the ASINs in the parent country and showing up in secondary country, but not all.

I want to add missing ASINs in the secondary country however Amazon are saying this is not possible and will need to create a completely new listing. I don't want to add a completely new listing because that will mean losing all the reviews.

Looking for advice on how can add missing ASINs in secondary country without losing all the reviews. TIA
