stolen led light

so i had an customer recently buy 4 units he brought them all broke them malicious damage an under amazon policy they could not do anything even though he broken them all by purpose and he even stole the led light of the item and amazon wont do anything about this

LOL welcome to Amazon wait until they steal £2500 of products off you. Good luck but consider yourself lucky. Don’t know how much the LED Lights cost but how much time have you spent on this as that is just increasing your loss
