I received a $744.00 charge from Amazon under the "others" transaction type

I received a $744.00 charge from Amazon under the "others" transaction type

Amazon charged my reserved amount balance $744.00 with no reason, transaction type is Other, no more other details showed for this transaction.

I have no clue what I am paying for. I don't have any chargebacks, AZ claims, advertisement charges, pending subscriptions, or any other outstanding charges. Could anyone help me with that? How could I know the details of the transaction? I have tried to reach Amazon customer support several times, and they simply respond with, "Your case has been forwarded to another Amazon team, and they will contact you regarding your question." They never contacted me.

Amazon took $216 under "other" and won't respond. They simply "transfer" the case and never answer. If I owe money for something then tell me what it is. If not, then refund my money. Maybe other affected sellers need to connect and get the Attorney General to investigate. You can't just take sellers money with NO explanation and expect all of us to just accept this. Amazon, are you listening???

This is becoming more of a problem; before doing this, they need to alert the seller & give them a chance to dispute it. Recently, they did a large debit to us that was not correct. We ended up getting reimbursed but was somewhat of a nightmare.
