I created my account on August 22nd.I am a new seller yet.I joined Amazon to sell with the FBM business model in Mexico.I have activated my account by completing the necessary identity verifications.
-"America and Canada" was active in the North American region at the first opening.The Mexican Sunday was not visible at all.When I was researching, I read and heard that Sundays in America,Canada, Mexico were opened at the same time.But the Mexican Sunday does not appear on my account.I have been contacting you about this issue for a long time(about 15-20 days) via email and live support.
The live support team directed me to articles related to the topic.I've done all this.The operations that I have applied according to the directions:
1-I clicked on the global sale and Mexico was not there.
2-I was asked to combine stores sellercentral.amazon.com.mx i logged in by going to the website, but it directed me to the homepage of my merchant account.I didn't get any results from here either.
3-I started a discussion in the seller forum section and I didn't get a result from here either.
4-sellercentral.com.mx i tried to create a sales account by going to his page(my idea was to link 2 accounts together), but he said that my email address had already been used and I had an account.
5-I met someone who had this problem with this situation and talked to him.He informed me that he was having the same problem and solved it by emailing Amazon.I asked him for the case number to be a reference to me.Case Number(ID 15880927361).He conveyed that this case has been resolved and the Mexican store is now active.I'm moving forward like he did, but I haven't been able to start selling yet for 15-20 days.
-I'm sending you all the screenshots related to this topic.Please, I hope that the problem will be identified and solved as soon as possible.I love Amazon and I want to sell on Amazon Mexico.
