My account has been suspended due to not having a Selling on Amazon payment account
Hi,
I am new to Amazon.co.uk.
I encounter some serious situations that makes me frustrated.
Before I prepare for the shipment to FBA centre, I receive a notification from Amazon about the suspension of my account.
The notification said that I cannot sell on Amazon’s European marketplaces if I do not have a Selling on Amazon payment account.
What does that mean?
All of my bank accounts have been verified.
I don’t know how to reactivate my account again.
I would appreciate if someone can tell me how to solve this problem.

I am sorry to hear that your Seller Account has been suspended.
If you need help, I would advise you to post here all communication which you received from Amazon regarding the matter, including the original suspension notice.
May I ask, in which country are you based? Because some countries aren’t eligible for Seller Account registration:

with the word “Payment” in there, perhaps your method of paying your fees is not correctly set up or your card is not valid. ? Perhaps.
Have you checked they have verified your payment method?
