Amazon Prepaid Return Labels (APRL) Not working?
APRL has not been working for quite sometime and all our customers are still having to purchase their own return labels no matter the reason for returning. APRL worked for about 2 weeks (using RM as the carrier) and then suddenly it stopped?
I want all my customers to be automatically provided return labels and have the cost deducted from my Amazon account as it was when APRL was first rolled out - this would save so much time instead of having to add the return costs to all the refunds manually!
In return settings the “I want Amazon to provide a prepaid shipping label when eligible and in Amazon policy” is obviously checked as it’s now apparently mandatory.
Also I would like the “Return Labels for Exempt Items” to have an option to include APRL as I would prefer to fund the change of mind returns also.
The strange thing is if I check the “I will provide a pre-paid postage label” for Exempt items, ALL returns (including those in policy that should fall under APRL) then require me to provide the labels (Which takes a heck of a lot of time!).
It’s almost as if all returns are exempt from APRL - Anyone else having issues with APRL and the prepaid returns labels or am I missing something in the options or APRL policy requirements?
Thanks.
