Help Needed: Account Deactivated Due to "Multiple Accounts" Policy – Associated with an Unknown Account

Hello everyone,

I’m reaching out to see if anyone has experienced a similar issue or has advice on how to proceed.

My Seller Central account was recently deactivated due to a supposed violation of the "multiple accounts" policy. Amazon Support informed me that my account is associated with another account named "SupremeSeoul," which I don’t recognize and have never managed or had access to.

In my appeal, I listed all previous accounts I managed while working at past companies to clarify any possible misunderstandings. However, Amazon has requested documentation proving I previously owned or had rights to “SupremeSeoul” but no longer do, which is challenging because I was never involved with this account.

Has anyone else faced a similar situation? Are there alternative ways to prove my lack of association, or any additional documentation that might help resolve this?

Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!

Best,

Gary

Based on the details you provided, it seems the key issue is that Amazon has associated your account with another account named "SupremeSeoul" that you claim no involvement with. To resolve this, you will need to provide strong documentation to prove that you have never had any association with the "SupremeSeoul" account.

Some of the key documentation I would suggest you submit as part of your appeal include:

  1. Personal verification like a government-issued ID (driver's license, passport)
  2. Business license or registration documents
  3. Utility bills
  4. Bank statements showing transactions and account activity solely for your business
  5. Invoices, receipts, or accounting records
  6. A signed written statement attesting that you have never accessed, controlled, or had any relationship with any other seller account
  7. Letters from your accountant, lawyer, or other trusted advisors affirming your sole ownership and control of the account
  8. Contracts, agreements, or other paperwork showing you have no legal or financial ties to any other seller
  9. Termination or separation agreements from any previous employers where you may have had access to seller accounts - Submitting termination or separation agreements from any previous employers where you may have had access to seller accounts. This can help demonstrate that you no longer have any association with those accounts.

The goal is to provide as much thorough documentation as possible to demonstrate that your account is completely independent and unrelated to any other seller account. This strong evidence will be critical in proving your case to Amazon.

Please let me know if you have any other questions! I'm happy to provide further guidance as you work through this appeal process. Wishing you the best of luck in resolving this issue.

Sincerely,

-Roxy
