reviews that do not comply with the regulations

Please help how to fight against product reviews that do not follow amazon guidelines? We have repeatedly reported the abuse directly at the review, wrote a ticket, but still nothing has been done about it. Do you have any other way?

COMMENT: “Some of them taste like vomit. The candy has the consistency of chalk, and the taste leaves much to be desired. Some pieces taste like vomit. I'm going to throw them away or maybe give them to unwanted guests.”

REASON why this comment does not comply with amazon's rules and regulations: This comment contains inappropriate and offensive language (“some pieces taste like vomit” and “serve to unwanted guests”) in violation of Amazon's guidelines on vulgarity and harassment.
