Read onlyIts been over a month now my account has been deactivated. SO in march this year i have sold 40 units of one item and got 1 complaint from a customer about authenticity of my product. Amazon have asked me invoices which i have provided but amazon have rejected the invoices and said the dont have enough information. So instead i did send a acknowledgement to amazon to get rid of this violation and didnt sell this product again and after acknowledge amazon have taken down my listing. In july this year i was going through my inventory page and saw that inactive listing and have deleted it. just because i deleted it amazon thought i have updated the listing so they have deactivated my account and asked for the invoices. I have the same invoices which i already have provided to amazon in march which amazon have rejected and asked for more. So i called up health team and asked for help because my inventory is sitting at one of amazon warehouse and my account is deactivated in error. I suggest anyone from amazon try to understand my situation i didnt sell that particular product after the acknowledge was sent to amazon in march and i have no plan to sell that item ever again. PLEASE DO CONCIDER MY EXCEPTIONAL CIRCOMSTANCCES AND REACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT.
