Feedback removal - swearing (AI denied removal and seller support not helpful!)
Amazon are not removing feedback even though swearing in it. Ignoring their own policies!
One seller support agent said to me "yeah that should definitely be removed" but because of the ridiculous Amazon system they have no control over this and the removal team (robots) have refused it twice so I can't appeal.
Amazon staff please look at this and get it removed for me please! Ridiculous when it's in your very clear policies!

For a forum mod to see your post and try and do anything you need to tag them in (have done one below), and they would also need your seller support case ID, not the order number.

This is the new norm and despite any promise of getting anything done, I can assure you that nothing will happen, I have been selling on Amazon for 10 years and not once has an issue ever been resolved.
