Search suppressed
HI, we been selling a item for about 2 months now, all the sudden at seller central inventory listing been search suppressed, support team kept saying is product description issue, we upload the file and still suppressed, and can not edit product description at all , please help us how to resolve this issue, thx

It’s most like due to this announcement:
Listings that are missing a description will be search suppressed, there have also been numerous posts over the last month from sellers that descriptions on the listings have all of a sudden disappeared, not sure why?
If you are unable to add the description by way of an inventory file upload the other option given by Seller Support is to delete the listing, wait 24 hours and then add it back and include the missing info. Make sure you use the same ASIN and SKU when adding the listing back.
If that doesn’t work you will need to open a case:
Provide a brief description of the issue you are having.
Let the Rep know you have tried deleting the listing and waiting 24 hours before updating and
you have also tried via upload. Make sure to provide you file upload batch ID #, so as not to delay your case, it’s required.
Provide Amazon with the info you want added under the Description Attribute.
You will also need to include 3-4 live photos of the product showing all angles either in your hand or on a table and include an image of the UPC/barcode if the product has one.
