Return marked "returned to seller" without actually returning

I am getting daily emails for return otp but no one brings the return packages. On top of that, one of my orders is now marked "returned to seller" when no one returned the package to me, nor did I share return otp with anyone. How can this happen? I claimed for safe -t but it got denied.

Also, if they have returned as they say, I did not receive the email stating "your order has been successfully delivered" which comes after actual return with OTP.

This feels like a scam. Amazon please check into this.
