Unable to edit listings
Morning All
Suddenly I’m unable to edit 6 of my listings, when I click on edit it just goes to a page says
- Collectable, Refurbished conditions
- This product has other listing limitations.
No option to select anything. I’m brand registered, all items are new I don’t sell refurbished etc. Listing are still shown active on amazon and still getting sales, and can send in stock just can’t edit add pictures etc.
Any advice I had something similar before category is knives and I had to delete the listing and start from scratch I can’t do that this time I’ve been selling one of these items for year and a half.

Are you the only seller of the product? And is it your brand? We recently had a brand infringement claim for incorrect listing information (due to another seller providing bad info) that resulted in our offer being pulled, but when I went to try and edit it threw this exact same message. Clearly not the same issue as you’re still getting sales but wondering if it may be in some way related?

Same issue here since April 18th. Amazon have tinkered with bladed products behind the scenes following their up and coming FBA bladed policy change and have scrambled listings across the entire platform. No bladed products are editable or add-able and in effect we are all locked out of the listings - even if you are the manufacturer or brand registered.
Total mess.
SS simply don’t understand.
Raised it with MD office.
They responded that they’re looking into it.

Having the exact same issue, trying to sell my Chef Knife which has been active for the last 6 months. Now when I attempt to edit the listing the following shows up…

- This product has other listing limitations.
I am brand registered, FBA seller and have contacted SS over 50 times getting nowhere with there solutions.
