Aged inventory return arrived damaged - How to successfully make a claim?
This is not the first time we have received aged FBA inventory from Amazon damaged. The box is shredded and the inventory inside looks like it was drug on the road behind the UPS truck. What is the proper procedure to file a claim and get credit for this inventory? When I've tried to open a case through Seller Central in the past, I got nowhere.
Any suggestions or experience getting credit for that damaged inventory?

only way is through seller support, keep reopening cases that close without resolution until they make it right.
Do NOT open new cases if they deny your claim. It is imperative that you keep one case per request and keep it open.

For damaged returns from FBA, follow these steps for reimbursement:
- Take clear photos of the damaged box and items immediately upon receipt
- Create a case through Seller Support > FBA Issues > Returns > Damaged Returns
- Include in your case:
- Order ID
- FNSKU/ASIN
- Photos of damage
- Original condition of item
- Approximate value of damage
