Residential address - Proof of Address
I moved to Spain for permanent residence and want to change my Residential address in my Amazon account. In the Santander bank where I opened a bank account, they provide an account statement without a residential address. Can I provide a utility bill to verify my residential address?

that is simply not possible. You have to sell out or remove all inventory, wait 90 days, properly close your actual account and then create a new one with your new credentials and another email address. Of course you can list the same ASINS you listed before.
