Seller Support Calling issue Not Connecting Call

I am writing to report an ongoing issue we've been experiencing for the past month. We have been unable to connect to seller support via phone for any type of issue. Although it shows that the phone is connected, we do not receive any call. We have attempted to contact seller support multiple times but have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone. Our only option has been to communicate via email, where we receive the same generic responses with no solutions provided.
