Overseas orders despite only selling on amazon uk
HI.. Would appreciate any help with this, we sell only in the UK and are listings are not active on any other countries Amazon site purely .co.uk but we keep receiving orders from Republic of Ireland and elsewhere, Finland is common for some reason.
We do not offer overseas postage and it's not active in our account so how do we stop this happening, when we cancel the orders it impacts our pre-fulfillment cancellation rate despite no fault of our own.
Would appreciate any help or input here.

You'll need to check the following - as something as gone wrong somewhere....i can see that you do offer delivery to countries outside the UK on .co.uk
- Check the shipping template that one of your recently sold items is on - have you definitely not got International Shipping set up
- You would also need to check the product in Manage Inventory - in some instances, for some reason, an international shipping override sometimes kicks in there.
