Fix stranded inventory issue

Fix stranded inventory issue

Thank you very much if you can help me with my problem.

About 3 weeks ago, I sent 1 pallet of products for FBA.

On the Inventory page, I see the following information for products in the relevant columns:
FULFILLED BY : Amazon
AVAILABLE : 21
STATUS: Inactive (Out of Stock)

So my products are in Amazon warehouse, products are in inventory but status is inactive… I’ve been trying to solve this problem for almost 15 days:

  • I deleted the products, relisted them with the same SKU and then converted them to FBA.
  • I took the actions on the Fix stranded inventory page.
  • I have opened 3 cases, but I only got the above actions as an answer.

Has anyone had a similar problem before? I would be grateful if I could get your advice.

It’s not unusual for stock to appear on the stranded inventory page.
Usually, this simply goes away in a few days.
It’s just whilst the stock is being moved about.

What is the reason given on the stranded inventory page?
Was the stock actually received ok?
