Account Health Good - But Account Deactivated
My account has been deactivated, I have received several emails saying the account was deactivated. When I go to my Account Health all it says at the top is "Reactivate Your Account" I click on that link it brings me to a page to drop files, thing is I had a product that I had not even shipped to Amazon yet it might of had an IP issue so I removed it from my inventory and I still got an email saying my account was deactivated, so what files do I need to enter, I had bought the products from Walmart and I no longer have that Walmart account. But if my Health is good and there is NO IP complaints on the Account Health what is next?? Any info would be great.
Thank you,
John

Just because you remove a listing doesn't address the violation. Also, purchasing inventory from Walmart would not give you proper invoices to prove authenticity.
Post you original deactivation notice, you are leaving out the real reason.

Quite often the most serious issues NEVER show up in your "account health".
Amazon sits on them and waits while they gather evidence of serious violations and THEN they pounce on your account.

Hello @Seller_ahQsPFP2qFFLf,

You mentioned this may have been an IP related issue, can you share the performance notification @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 suggested? Additionally as they mentioned, when these types of situations occur, removing the ASIN does not resolve the violation. Depending on the notice, we may require proof of compliance prior to being able to resolve the situation.
If this was due to an IP issue, you will need to ensure you're providing invoices that meet our requirements, and we may also require a letter of authorization issued by the brand or rights owner. Once you are able to share more information on this situation, I can provide more information or next steps.
