Unjust Account Deactivation Due to Alleged Relationship with Another Account

Hello everyone,

I need some advice and insights regarding a frustrating issue I am facing with Amazon. My account has been deactivated because Amazon claims it is related to another account. However, I have no connection or association with this account.

Despite my efforts to appeal and provide evidence that I have never owned or managed any other account, Amazon keeps insisting on the deactivation without providing concrete evidence to support their claim. Each time I contact them, their response is the same – that my account is related to another account.

Interestingly, my account health dashboard shows zero policy violation warnings, yet my account remains deactivated due to this alleged relationship. I have repeatedly asked Amazon to show the basis for their accusation but have not received any substantive response. Whatever I send to them, they keep answering the same thing.

I am reaching out to this community to see if anyone else has faced a similar issue and how they resolved it. Any advice on how to navigate this situation or contacts who could assist would be greatly appreciated.

Have you ever worked with another seller or third-party service for the operation of your account? If so, have you verified that they have never been involved in the account our team is stating you are associated to? If they have, then you would want to provide more information on the partnership you had with the third-party service and when this partnership occurred. This would be documents such as a contract that shows the services and timeline of your association.

If our team is unable to verify that you and this associated account are no longer related, they will expect the associated account to resolve their issues for you to resolve yours. Once you have confirmation of the resolution on the other account, you will want to submit an appeal for our team to review. If they cannot verify the resolution and active status, they will reject your submission.
