For those that use both FBA and FBM

Hi all. Until now I have primarily sold using FBA, but have just started the process of increasing my FBM offering.

I am looking for some shared experience about how other sellers find how the two channels compare for those that have used both. A few things I'm particularly interested in:

1. How do return rates compare between FBA, FBM and other online marketplaces you use

2. Do you find the return reasons differ between FBA and FBM? Do you feel some buyers are still dishonest to gain free returns?

3. Does anyone use FBA and FBM for the same ASINS? If so I'm interested to know why you do this and how this performs

4. Do you find your FBM products have a noticeable drop in search visibility?

5. As an FBA only seller I never have to worry about dishonest/ unfair A-Z claims, however I read a lot of them on the forums. Is this a big concern for most FBM sellers and how does your experience affect how you operate?
