We do the same. You SUSPEND. After 90 Days, now you are trying to charge £2100+ GBP for Destruction Fee's

After FAILING to ACKNOWLEDGE that our VARIATION was either VALID. Or the COMPETITOR also is INVALID.

Cant get ANY ANSWER from Seller Support apart from COPY + PASTE generic answers. This is DISGUSTING TREATMENT TO SELLERS.

I cant even see what this £2100+ GBP is. The balance was 100 GBP last week. I froze the card until we RESOLVE the issue.

Now £2100+ GBP for Destruction Fee's (I ASSUME) Seller Support wownt even tell me the BALANCE!

I WANT MY STOCK BACK! This is DISGUSTING.

You need to get to grass roots and work from there.

[EDIT] Just to add, 2 wrongs do not make a right. I would advise against using other sellers activities as part of an appeal or justification. As frustrating as it can be (we all see loads of rogue sellers) but when you have triggered something you need to deal with it indivdually.

This is the main problem with FBA, at least if selling SFP, you do not lose your stock, just have an issue with that ASIN.

I think the Seller may need a law firm to resolve with Amazon, as SS usually are useless at actioning anything

If Amazon are trying to charge you ‘destroy fees’, you cannot get your stock back because Amazon will have disposed of it (either they will have physically destroyed the stock or (more likely) will have liquidated it and pocketed the money made).

This is exactly why we won't do FBA...each time they call about FBA we let them know about horror stories like this one. Just more proof it's a really bad idea. Hope you manage to get this sorted.
