Amazon have yet again uphold their decision for it to affect my ODR even though I use Amazon Buy Shipping.

They ignore the question I raised on an A-Z claim

The customer should not be able to raise a claim without contacting the seller first - is the policy - so how come, yet again, this happens - I see many sellers have the same issue

If you quote the policy back to A-Z the question is ignored and a standard response is issued that has nothing to do with the policy ?

Yet again Amazon have granted an A-Z and refunded the customer even though the item has been delivered, I appealed with the proof and still they have taken the money from me.

Can any mods help?
