MCF does not provide proof of delivery

Amazon’s MCF service as they do not provide proof of delivery. The customer makes an A-Z claim for an MCF delivery not being delivered but the MCF tracking says delivered, Amazon’s A-Z claim demand a proof of delivery but their MCF don’t provide the proof of delivery. So you pay the MCF charges, lose the inventory and pay the A-Z claim too. Then the cherry on top is you’ll get it counted against your Order Defect Rate too.

I can’t use the MCF service anymore because of it. Great if it works but when there’s a problem you get a double loss and it affects your Defect Rate. I was starting to use MCF to fulfill a lot of orders, has anyone had this kind of problem and found any solution ?

Why can’t Amazon Logistics provide a proof of delivery.

Tracking is great but they don’t provide a proof of delivery. I used the tracking to see that the parcel was delivered. Customer says it wasn’t delivered so they opened an A-Z claim. The A-Z claim asks for proof of delivery so I asked for a proof of delivery, I was told that MCF doesn’t provide a proof of delivery so I tell that to the A-Z claim, they then grant the refund to the customer.

Everything was done by Amazon, MFN order, FBA stock, MCF delivery, A-Z claim - no other platforms, all Amazon.

I lost A-Z the claim and had the fees deducted from my account, I had paid the MCF charges and the Inventory is lost.

The Order defect rate as a cherry on top and a customer that will not buy from me again.

I’m hoping that Amazon Logistics will start providing proof of delivery so I can use the MCF service again. Without a proof of delivery you are risking a double loss. Even Royal Mail 2nd Class would have refunded my postage and £20 in a claim. Royal Mail 2nd Class is better than Amazon Logistics MCF right now.
