DEACTIVATED: New age verification requirement for Dietary Supplements?
Our listing has been deactivated for 12 days so far. The initial request for compliance stated we needed to provide a COA. Our Certificate of Authenticity was already sent in an approved, never the less we complied and sent it again to show our compliance.
Now we just received notification that our product requires age verification? [CASE 15968336111] ASIN: B094X8CTM8
"The purpose of this rule is to classify diet pills and dietary supplements for muscle building/weight loss for age verification in the state of NY per NY GBL 391-OO"
Amazon does not provide any tools to add age verification to our listing. Our product may help with exercise, but it is not a weight loss supplement or muscle building supplement directly, only indirectly if the consumer find an energy supplement to help train.
