FBA warehouse damaged

Last month “warehouse damaged” around 25 items from my stock. Is it normal? :roll_eyes:

I suppose it depends on how many items you have in stock? Given the mad rush at Christmas time it might not be so surprising. However, if you only had 50 items in storage and 25 were damaged, might be a cause for concern. That said, each one is pretty much the equivalent of a sale so you will get reimbursed for them within 45 days.

As mentioned it’ll vary a lot based on your inventory level, type of item and how much Amazon move them around.

Looks like i’ve had around 10 books damaged over the last 30 days.
