Missing disbursements

Hi,

I have two missing payments 13th-16th December and 17th- 20th December.
The issue was that my credit card details could not be verified as i had a new card. This issue has now been resolved but the missing payments have still not arrived in my account. I have contacted seller support and they have confirmed that the payments are missing but haven’t told me what is going to be done about this. I have had several payments since then but not received those particular payments. I would like some sort of confirmation that i will indeed receive the missing payments and when?

I have contacted seller support several times and received many different answers until recently when they confirmed that the disbursements did indeed fail.

Any help with this would be appreciated as it if for quite a considerable amount of money.

is there anyone from Amazon who can help me with this please, it’s been going on for quite some time now and i don;t seem to be getting anywhere with seller help.

It says it’s a current reserve amount when i look at my payments made to amazon under ‘other’

if this is the case i haven’t been informed of it and i haven’t been told when i will be paid. I ahve been paid all the other times to date and it seems a coicidence that it happened when i had an issue with my credit card.

Hopefully someone can offer me some advice

Hi,

Thanks for your post and for using the forums.

While I cannot go into specific details as mentioned by other sellers here, I will provide a little advice on this.

If a disbursement cannot be made the funds will be held in your Amazon account and show on the next statement as Previous statement’s unavailable balance. This amount will then be added to the disbursement amount of the date range you are viewing.

If a transfer cannot be made to you a banner like this will be at the top of the statement page for the date range:

If a transfer was initiated to your bank there will be a grey banner at the top of your statement view page for the date range you have selected and there will be a Bank Transfer ID displayed. The Bank Transfer ID can be provided to a specialist in your bank for them to trace the payment made.
The banner will look like this:

I would recommend that you go through each individual statement date range to review each one. If one was not “available” to transfer it will brought forward to the next statement.
For any disbursements that were successful that you cannot find on your bank statement I would advise that you provide your bank with the Transfer ID. If the bank are unable to locate these then please create a case with the disbursement amount, the date range from you Amazon account and the Bank Transfer ID for the payment so that it can be investigated fully.
