need help about balance
Our seller account was temporarily frozen and we are filing a formal appeal. However, during this period, we were inexplicably charged $3,000. Because our account was frozen, we were unable to contact Amazon customer service about this situation. We just kept receiving emails from Amazon reminding us to pay. This is too funny. There is no explanation for the wrong fee, and there is no channel for communication. It is just a simple reminder to pay. If any Amazon customer service sees this, I hope they can contact us.

Frozen? You mean suspended? What was the reason?
How do you know it's a wrong fee? What does your payments report show?
Do you have inventory at FBA?

I do see that your account has been reactivated, as for fees in question, I do see you have couple of FBA service fees on your account that total $3,000.
Those are located in your Payments --> Transaction View tab related to a FBA order.
