I am reaching out regarding an issue with my seller account. I am unable to change the primary contact name under the Business Information section, and as a result, I am unable to verify my bank account.
I have attempted to contact Seller Support through all available channels, but I consistently receive automated responses that do not address my specific issue. This is preventing me from completing my account setup and operating my business effectively on your platform.
I kindly ask that this matter be escalated to a team member who can assist in resolving it. Please let me know what steps I can take to update the primary contact name and verify my bank account.

To modify your account information, you'll need to navigate to Seller Central and click on the 'Settings' button, then access the 'Business Information' section and select 'Identity Information', where you can update your details.
Once you've entered the new information, you'll be required to submit documents to verify both your company's and personal identity. The verification process can take up to 10 business day.
Please be aware that if your account is currently deactivated, you'll have restricted access and won't be able to make any changes in Seller Central until you've reinstated your account.
Once your account is reinstated you can proceed with updating your information and completing the verification process with your new data.
