Hi!
More than 1100 units of our best selling and best moving product for more than 2 years have suddenly been marked Unfulfillable / Defective from available inventory in CWL1. And Amazon Seller Support is not giving out the reason so that we could react and improve to avoid such problems in future. I understand the workloads everywhere are big in the season, but if we are not given explanations what is wrong and we should repeat same mistakes, then the workflow on both sides only grows together with costs.
To be frank as the product has good history and track record I personally suspect it must be some kind of error or mistake. If we just could get someone to investigate the matter and explain us why our units are Defective...
