Buyer Claims Amazon Shipped to Wrong Address; I Used Amazon's Shipping Label and Now A-to-Z Is Charging Me for the Refund
(1) Amazon provided the wrong address, according to the buyer.
(2) I purchased the shipping label from Amazon.
(3) The buyer filed an A-toZ Claim, and Amazon took my funds to issue the buyer the refund.
(4) I repealed. Amazon denied it.
The order number is 112-0573078-4590633.

Hello @Seller_cXdrSyoXpf2nv- thanks for highlighting this order experience here on the seller forums.
I was able to review the specifics of this claim and do see it as seller funded, without an impact to the ODR metric. I show the ship-by date was 11/1, which it appears was completed, though the first scan from the carrier did not occur until 11/4. The Buy Shipping Protections help page does stipulate the order needs to be shipped on time in order for protections to apply, which is considered at the moment of the carrier’s first scan, not when you confirm shipment.
That said, I have surfaced this claim decision to the owning team to request some further review and assistance. I'll be sure to tag you in this thread as I receive any response, but please know this can take several business days.
Thanks again!
Danny

Appealed, not Repealed.
Here is why you "Lost" the Claim:
The lesson? It pays to stand in line and make SURE your packages are all scanned into the Carrier's possession.
The Buy Shipping Protections help page does stipulate the order needs to be shipped on time in order for protections to apply, which is considered at the moment of the carrier’s first scan, not when you confirm shipment.
Do NOT use a "Scan-Sheet".
Do NOT use a "Self-Serve Kiosk".
Do NOT use a "Drop-Box".
Do whatever you must to have each package scanned into the Carrier's possession, and keep the receipt until you verify that the official change of possession to the carrier appears online when tracked. You can toss the receipt then.
IF you purchase Postage using "Amazon Buy Shipping" and ship "On-Time as scheduled by Amazon, Amazon will protect you from ANY Claims arising from a "Problem with Delivery".
Good Luck!
