Account Suspended but no valid reason is given
Hi
My US amazon account has been deactivated due to a policy violation but the email neither explained what did I do wrong nor it provided any justification. Also, I was asked to provide some documents that I did but still they say your account will stay deactivated.
I am trying to contact them via phone, but I don't have option to talk to seller account health team and have only provided EMAIL option that is really not helpful here.
Can anyone help or provide me guidance on how to contact support team via call?

They wont take your call while suspended and if they did, it's unlikely they provide meaningful help. Post the notification you received.

You need to switch into your other global marketplaces and look for notification/suspension there.

If one of your accounts is accused of "deceptive, fraudulent and illegal" all accounts will be deactivated. The AI found something you did with your previous and now deactivated seller account.
Unfortunately there is NO solution for you because there is no return from "deceptive, fraudulent and illegal". Your first account violated the policy and then you created a second account - which is NOT allowed - and subsequently this one was also deactivated immediately.
Try on other platforms.
