I have just received exactly the same message from Amazon for an A-Z. I even googled the buyers address and could see the door that matched the buyers address where her order was delivered to. The door on Google Maps matched the photographic evidence of the package in her door on the delivery. The gps co ordinates matched etc etc.
I am appealing but have no confidence that I will get my money back and Royal Mail won't refund the fully tracked order because it was delivered with evidence and I agree with the delivery.
