New account deactivated after uploading utility bill

I have registered my seller account, everything was ok, never created a listing, never sold anything, after a couple of days, Amazon suspended my seller account out of nowhere and asked for utility bill. I said OK, I got my internet bill and uploaded. waited for 3 days and Amazon replied as "Upon review of your account, we confirmed that your Amazon seller account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity that harms our customers, other selling partners, and our store."

This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard in my entire life. Every info (name, address etc) on my utility bill matches with my seller account. I am deeply concerned by this situation, which I believe to be a misunderstanding or error. I am prepared to pursue any necessary legal action to demonstrate my compliance and clear my name if required.

I have re-appealed with the exact same utility bill and created a case.

Case ID: 15717189151

I'm reaching out to all moderators for assistance with addressing this unjust decision.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the situation with your utility bill. I have reviewed the case information provided and did confirm with another team that a notification should have been provided to you on 8/1 with instructions for completing video verification with our team.

This is a normal part of the verification process and will need to be completed for a resolution to be possible. We would advice reviewing the messaging and signing up for the video call.

If you have any additional questions or updates on the situation, we would ask that you provide it to this thread for support.

Best,

Atlas
