How can i get my order defect percentage down?
I have an order defect of 1.67% and the target is meant to be less that 1%. My orders have gone down recently which is why my order defect percentage has gone up i think as i have had 120 orders in the past 60 days and i have had problems with 2 of them but they have been resolved now.
How can i get this back on track so that my account doesn’t get suspended?
Any advice would be great.

There isn’t a lot you can do apart from make sure you don’t get any more defects, or increase your sales somehow so the percentage of defects goes down.
I appreciate both of these are easier said than done bit I am not aware of any other way to tackle this. Maybe someone else will.

1.67% won’t get you suspended. You can try having a fire-sale of some stuff at cost price in order to dilute the impact of those 2 problem orders going forward and you can chase up unleft positive feedback to mitigate any feedback damage as well.

Email the cuztomers for any negatives left and ask them to remove. ExJning you are a small seller and effects you. If you dont get a reply write a letter explaining you need to get feedback removed. This should bring it down. Otherwise add some more lines that can bring instant sales in also

Hi there, - My suggestion would be (if you are not already a member) is to become FBA enrolled.
Reason being, two fold. Amazon work on a points based system for every transaction made. Anything with tracking information, which goes for all sales on FBA receive more points.
Also for seller fulfilled I would incorporate tracking information again.
By increasing your points per transaction you would in effect move up the rankings. Also more sales from FBA (even for a short period, - i.e sell at breakeven) would over 4 - 6 weeks, increase your volume of sales & in 12 weeks swallow up any bad defects / scores you may have.
Wish you the best, & if for any reason your defects are a result of say customer complaints / non delivery etc. - I would suggest to develop a more long term approach in handling them.
In that, it is only yourself that would otherwise loose out. Replace , re-send, etc. - Even if you know full well you are in the right, - Ultimately it will pay dividend by way of (1) Avoiding negative feedback & (2) By ensuring you stand well in listing search results, - Hence boosting yours sales & income.

you won’t get suspended for being 0.67% over the 1%.
I once hit 10% and it took about 2 months to get back down to zero. Nothing happened!
