Amazon rejecting category approval for gl_wine products

Hi,

Has anyone had expereince with Amazon rejecting category applications for gl_wine products?

We've created 2 new listings but we just keep getting the same response to say that they have been removed (when they haven't). Every time we keep replying to the case we just get automated responses saying the same thing.

We have tried emailing the managing director email and don't get any responses at all. Seller Support are no help whatsoever either.

All we're trying to do is list our products, we have the relevant alcohol document and licenses so it's not that.
