Read onlyHi, I require moderator assistance with the support cases listed below please. The cases relate to granted A-Z claims due to buyers claiming item not received despite having clear proof of delivery (tracked service, delivery photo, confirmed GPS of address from carrier and using Amazon buy shipping).
As many other sellers have spoken about on the forums, the A-Z dept are no longer following Amazon policy and are granted claims and decline appeals regardless of delivery evidence. I require reimbursement for these claims.

" I require reimbursement for these claims."
That is highly unlikely to happen, I am afraid, and none of the forum mods will be able to action any refunds.
Have you appealed each? - and also attached clear photos, with words on the photos as well (I found that helps), and arrows to show what they are looking for.
They take a few seconds to look at the proofs so words with arrows to show what to look at helps.
Amazon like signature, so provide that as well in the proof.
Plus, add the link and screenshot to the courier website.
Make it easy for them, and you may lose, or may win, hit and miss, but it seems to help to win appeals
Hello @Seller_8OBIqhWjlAVGR,
I checked with our partner team about your cases:
205-1783382-1329946: The customer sent the item back using your return label (tracking #T00WLA4678988191) and it was delivered to you on Feb 12th. Since you didn't issue a refund or report any problems with the return within the timeframe Amazon gave you, they have to stick with their original decision.
For orders 026-2856081-5472323 and 026-4232185-3037141: there isn't a signature from the customer, or a clear photo showing the package at the delivery location
The photos provided only show house number without the packages. And Yodel didn't provide any delivery photos. The good news is these claims won't count against your seller metrics.
Best, Ezra
