debts to Amazon

Does anyone know how Amazon handles debts. I closed an account with debts, Amazon partially destroyed my FBA inventory. I can't do anything with my account because the login is rejected. I need to get a final invoice because I plan to work with Lowell debt company, but any questions support answers to pay the debits.
