Customer claims wrong item sent, but I sent the correct item
Buyer opened up a return with the reason"Wrong Item Was Sent", but I sent the exact item that was ordered. A package is on its way back to us (no refund at first scan) - not sure what's inside. How should I handle this if I receive something different than what I sent (I took photos of the product and the package right before shipping)? Thanks!

If you receive something different than what you sent you can file a SAFE-T claim and maybe get 10% of the total sale back. That's Amazon's game.
If you get the same item back you'll have to refund and move along. Nothing you can really do. There are no checks and balances for customer return reason codes and most abuse the system to avoid paying the return label fee.

Hey @Seller_2lmOQxwZTH5Xn,
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
I understand you are trying to be proactive but lets wait until you receive the product. Please post here if the product you received is materially different or any similar issue.
