When will GPSR listings actually get deactivated, instead of just being "at risk"?

I assumed that with the frequent repeating of the December 13th deadline, that after that date any non-GPSR compliant listings would be deactivated, but that does not yet seem to be the case.

Since the listings haven't been deactivated I've got no way of knowing whether an ASIN isn't already GPSR compliant unless I created a listing and then go and look in Account Health, nor does it show up in the Restrictions API.

Also: has it been stated anywhere whether or not GPSR-deactivated listings will impact Account Health?

No-one knows, least of all amazon.

I thought I'd take a look at how this was all being displayed on Amazon.fr

Here's a PlayStation 5 which presents contacts. I'm not entirely sure why Proter & Gamble are the responsible person for some of the sellers (including Amazon FR) but as I don't sell PlayStation 5s, thats not something I'll get too concerned about. Note though, its a big clear box underneath the image box....

Guess who doesn't have to stick this big massive box on their product pages....

they sent an email, if your stock is already there you might be ok, but any stock sent after 13th won't be if its not compliant.
