Read onlyhello,
I’ve been selling on Amazon for about 5 years and my account has recently been deactivated due to a compliance and inauthenticity issue with a product I was selling.
Ionly recently requested approval to sell this item after providing an invoice from my supplier but Amazon are now asking for another invoice to appeal my account deactivation, the same invoice keeps getting rejected and now I’m stuck with what I can do to reactivate my account.
Can anyone help with guidance as to what I can do?
Provided the invoice is from a valid wholesaler or supplier (ie not a retailer) its possible the issue is that amazon can't see what the product is from the invoice.
It might be a simple case of marking up the invoice with the ASIN (literally in ink next to it)
Aother one might be if the invoice is a PDF direct from computer. Again, amazon don't allow any other businesses to work paperless - only they are allowed to do that. So you need a paper invoice. You can just print the PDF out, fold it a few times and scan it back in, which sometimes works.
