debit card verification
I need help getting my debit card transactions resubmitted to verify my card in other countries. I spoke to my bank and they want you to resubmit my card for verification. The card was decline because they thought it was fraud.

This is just a forum.
You would need to open a case with Seller Support for something like that.
However ... if this is for Verification while setting up an account, Amazon doesn't typically accept Debit Cards for that (even though the page says so). Amazon requires real Credit Cards.

To reach out to Seller Support, please bookmark this link. Also, this thread was created recently on credit card verification process that may be helpful to review. As mentioned above, you will need a valid credit card that accepts international charges.
To update your charge method, navigate to your 'Account Info' page via your settings icon in Seller Central and select 'charge methods' and follow the prompts to replace your card.
