Seller app not working on phone?
Hi,
Is anyone else having issues with the app?
Opened it earlier and it was like it had just been reinstalled, asking to select country to log in.
I deleted the app and reinstalled it in case it was a virus and now it wont log me in as its saying cannot retrieve data

So i uninstalled it and re installed it and now it says i dont have an account with that email??? Which of course i do, Now i can not use it???

It always asks you to select your country. Working normally for me (on Android)

Android: I went through the same thing, like a re-install, country etc. Got that sorted and the thing is… well, 4 steps backwards.
I used to scan a book etc and zing, the webpage opened up with the item.
Not now: I scan the barcode and the thing hangs on the scan mode. Doesn’t do anything else. I have had to go back to previous window and ‘add a product’ and ‘previously scanned’ and, if lucky there is the webpage. But not always though, in which case have to go back and retry scan etc etc etc and see if it is in the previously scanned. CRAP.
I have tried reinstalling the app and go through the same setups (hoops and jumps) and the app works the same crappie way.
Another royal messup of something that used to work fine. One wonders how much these techie types get paid to mess up working installations like this.
