Hello Amazon Support Team
I’ve been having a technical issue for the past month. Whenever I click any button in my panel, it redirects me to a “Duplicate Tax Detail Found” page. I’ve raised a case through my seller account, but the “Call me Now” button isn’t available, and I’ve also sent multiple emails, but the problem still isn’t fixed.
I have one GST number linked to my other "Scratchgard" account. I need to activate this "Scratch Gard" account under the Exempted GST category, but I can’t edit the GST details myself. I request to yo please update the Exempted GST details for me as soon as possible.
