This is quite frustrating. How can I provide any evidence when I've never owned the other account? I have provided my IDs; please check and verify using those.
I've never owned the other account, at least not as far back as I can remember. I even called the provided number and spoke with customer service for about half an hour, explaining everything and sharing all the emails I have, hoping to determine if any are linked to the other account. The customer service representative kept asking for the email linked to the other account, but I can't provide that information since I don't own it. Unfortunately, I had no luck. They wouldn't disclose the name on the account, the email, or the phone number. How am I supposed to provide any information if I don't even know about the other account?

Is the name the same name as your account? have you checked all your European and global accounts to see if any are deactivated?
