Reactivating Individual Seller Account

I have been trying to reactivate my account.
I have to select the country I live in it says "If you don't have a business, enter your country of residence".
Then I click on the option to select the entity type, but there are only 4 types for sellers (just including Charity, Privately-owned business, Publicly-listed business, State-owned business). There is no appropriate type for individual sellers to select here. I went back in my account and verified it still (and always has been) an individual seller.
I have asked on a chat and on the case in seller central where/how I can select an "individual, not a business" for the type of seller for my account and I have not been given an answer.
There is no way for me to provide any information to complete the verification process since the individual seller option is not listed.
I included a screenshot of the choices I have to reactivate my account. Please help!

Hello there, it looks like you still have pending verifications to address before you account can be reactivated.
Have you tried to follow the link from the performance notification sent on 7/5/2024?
Please note that the term "individual" is used when discussing the type of selling plan you are on. It sounds like you need to select 'sole proprietor" for your situation.
Also, I see that the case you provided above is nearly a month old. Have you tried to reach back out to Seller Support since for guidance here?

My Goodness!! I remember when I had to do this they told us to be careful on our selection because we could not go back and change it.
Hopefully Seller Support can FIX it but it will definitely take a MOD to assist with this. Yes, "individual seller" was mentioned in the initial verification process because that is what I chose for myself.
