Shipping Pallets to FBA EU FCs
Has anyone managed to find a solution to this?
We are looking for a freight / forwarder who would also act as broker (providing indirect representation) and so far we haven’t found anyone reliable that could deliver our stock to EU FCs on regular basis.
I know we could use K+N via Amazon plus a broker, but the ones we spoke it are no willing to do it or are still reviewing the requirements themselves.
3/4 of our sales is EU and currently we got no way of replenishing our inventory in Europe.
We have VAT No. in all countries where AMZ FCs are, we got GB & EU EORI numbers.
Any help would be much appreciated.

We are using Regional Express, they are both a customs and freight forwarder and were introduced to us by Amazon. We deal with a Neal Prest. I do not know if they are taking on any more clients but I have put the email address below. Worth contacting them.

I have found Neal Prest very helpful. We were invited to join a promotion by Amazon in November. Amazon will pay the customs brokers cost for the first 3 shipments. Neal is the link between the company and Amazon sellers on the promotion. Due to the nightmares I am hearing on this forum from other sellers who have shipments rejected for no apparent reason I have held of doing our first export until the end of this month so I cannot comment on this.
Up until 31st December we sold under Pan European and so only shipped into the uk centres with UPS.

I too signed up for the promotion and have been following the situation re sending goods to fba in europe. I am undecided whether to use regional express or ups for my first shipment. As far as I can see on the forums, nobody has successfully sent anything in to EU fulfilment centres post brexit, by any method.
