Request to Reset Business Address Verification Attempts
Dear Amazon Seller Support,
I am a new seller on Amazon and I’m currently in the process of verifying my account. During the business address verification step, I mistakenly entered an incorrect address. As a result, the postcard was sent to the wrong location.
Unfortunately, I also entered the wrong verification code in all three attempts, and now I am unable to re-initiate the verification process or update the address to the correct one.
I would now like to provide my correct business address and request that a new postcard be sent to it, so I can complete the verification properly. However, the option to request a new postcard or change the address is no longer visible in my account.
I have also received warnings that disbursements to my account may be stopped and my account could be deactivated if this issue is not resolved. I kindly request your help to reset the address verification process and allow me to enter the correct address.

Since your verification attempts have been exhausted, you'll need to contact Seller Support directly to resolve this. Here's how:
- Go to Seller Central
- Click on 'Help' at the top right
- Select 'Get Help and resources'
Create a case specifically mentioning the incorrect address and that you have exhausted the post card method.
Important: Have your correct business address and supporting documentation ready, as Seller Support may request verification documents to process this change.
I cannot make these changes directly, but Seller Support has the tools to help reset your verification process and update your address.
