We currently use Shipstation to generate our shipping labels. We have just recently added Amazon Buy Shipping as a carrier on Shipstation. However, we cannot create any Buy Shipping labels due to the following error code:

Requested shipping service was not in the list of eligible shipping services returned by Amazon for this order. (Generic). (400, a82d7aff-e7d3-4cf3-8c44-bb765f7b8d1f)

Neither Shipstation or Amazon have the answers. We have accepted all T&Cs on both sides with no success.

Anyone else have this issue or have a workaround?

We have our Amazon account integrated within Shipstation, however, i have read that when conducting the Seller Fulfilled Prime trial, we need to use Amazon's "Buy shipping".

Can we continue to use shipstation the same way we have before, or do we need to use Amazon's own "Buy shipping"? May sound like a silly question so apologies.

Your issue, from another thread is that ShipStation is passing the info through incorrectly?

ie the courier name is Yodel by Shipstation whereas amazon is expecting Yode.

I would imagine your options are...

- Don't pass the data across and instead manually upload the tracking (could possibly be done by a spreadsheet)

- Speak to ShipStation as Amazon won't be able to do anything. You would need to get ShipStation to amend the courier name
