Reserved Units gone missing.
Hi Amazon Seller Family!
I am a new seller and I have sent shipment of 50 units of 2 skus in FC (LBA4 & BHX4). When amazon has received & scanned my 50 units and I have 50 units in reserved, the status of shipment was "Units available for sale (located): 50 of 50 units".
After some days my 50 units in Reserved is 0. The status of shipment currently is "Units available for sale (located): 0 of 50 units".
Shipment is not closed now but it will be closed soon. I have seen in my inventory ledger that one of my shipment was transferred from FC -> BHX4 to BHX2. And at last row it shows -50 receipts.
Can anyone please help me? I am very worried about my inventory and I am very late for the Q4.

Also, I wanted to let you know that the recommendation is for you to allow some time for the shipment to close with the information they have, and please know that during peak season, shipments may take longer to be closed.
If your shipment is missing units, you can always reach out to our seller support team so they can start the investigation.
